The Ascend difference
Built for athletes who are serious.
The methodology — evaluate, plan, train, re-test — stays the same across sports; the sport-specific coaching comes from specialists in each game.
Club-Neutral
We develop the athlete, not an agenda. Ascend complements your existing club or school team — it never competes with it.
Video Analysis
Every athlete gets film. Sessions are captured and broken down so players see what coaches see — and learn to self-correct.
Objective Testing
Standardized speed, strength, and skill benchmarks tracked over time. Progress you can measure, not just feel.
Performance Coaching
Strength, speed, and mobility programming built into the pathway, so athletic development keeps pace with skill.

Train the way that fits.

A dedicated space for tight-space skill work, repetition, and individual technique.
Fitness Center
Strength, speed, and mobility programming delivered in our performance gym.
